I was lucky with my first client, she was super motivated and scheduled the rest of the sessions at our first meeting. My second client has had alot going on so scheduling has been a bit trickier. I try to open up my schedule as much as possible but still a challenge. I did go back to what we chatted about in our first session and we talked about why making these changes are important to her - it sparked a bit more motivation and I havent had issues with scheduling since.

I guess I'll be the first person to comment lol. I live in BC, my fav food is icecream (mint chip ALWAYS) & Im hoping to meet other SSBC coaches. Im pretty new to this so Im excited to learn 🤠
