This fund was created with coaches in mind.
The small Steps Innovation Fund aims to empower SSBC coaches by providing financial support for the development of new resources or community events. By investing in coaches, we aim to cultivate an environment where professional development thrives, leading to the creation of valuable resources and community events that benefit all coaches across the globe. This fund is a commitment to the belief that you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Small Steps Coach training and skill development.

You can apply for this fund either as an individual or in a group. All applicants must be certified
Small Steps for Big Changes coaches.
HOW IT WORKS

APPLICATION
Complete your application sharing as much detail as possible. For group applications, only one member of the group may submit an application, but all team member names must be included. Please remember all applicants must be certified SSBC coaches from these sites.

REVIEW
We will review your proposed project based on the strength and practicality of your proposal, significance and originality of the work, alignment with the SSBC Community of Practice key objectives, and the project's ability to aid in coach MI skill development and/or strengthen the coach community.

CONFIRMATION
If approved, we will contact you to start the process of making your ideas into reality. Please note that we assess applications monthly, so you can expect 4-5 weeks for a response. We will notify all applicants of our funding decision.
